Everyone wants an iphone I wanted an iphone so very bad. but to learn that It won’t support the 3G service, that’s a real turn off - my plan to use it as a hand held browser pretty much becomes a nightmare.
Well that’s easy, then just wait for 3G right?! But how much longer do i have to wait for that 3G iphone to come out? some time 2008 … but just exactly when in 2008. Is it worth to get it, would Apple pull another ‘price drop’ stunt and switch over to 3G next month?
MAYBE just MAYBE, why am i so sure? well aren’t we forgetting a certain expo that comes early in the year? why yes, it’s the Macworld expo (always wanted to fly to San Fran to attend it) from Jan 14 - 18. Just what does that mean for iphone? well looking at the registration schedule there is an ‘iPhone Supersession‘ what does it mean? - NOTHING or maybe EVERYTHING.
So far Macworld expo has been a big marketing gatherings for Apple, anything, everything that’s upcoming was announced first hand during the Macworld expo. So IF Apple wants to kick out Google phones or other newer phones, then it’s a good timing to announce 3G iphone dates or details, that way it would give people (like me) - still looking for that perfect cellphone - something to look forward to.
Let’s really hope Apple do the right thing. I don’t think the public can handle another ‘iphone stunt’ .
