I know people thinks all Chinese LOVES to eat Rice but that’s not true. People lives in the Northern part of the country has a wheat-heavy diet, while southern part has a rice-heavy diet. I was born and raised in the very Northern part of China {Harbin} so bread, pancakes, flat bread, buns, dumplings, noodles {our diet are also heavy in milk} are our basic meal {my mom doesn’t like to eat rice at all} I on the other hand aren’t that picky about food :)
