As I mentioned earlier I’m on my way heading to NYC for a week, lucky enough I was able to score a round trip bolt bus tickets for total of $2 (no tax, how about that). However the timing was a bit awkward, when the buzzer ran at 6:45 I went back to sleep, till later wake up in a panic at 7:11 I had to rush out the door. Then again nothing beats traveling to NYC for a dollar.

On the post I made yesterday - I talked about that I wasn’t sure if a PR or a sales rep. should be my first step into the world of publishing business, after a few resources and basically just laying out the facts, I’ve decided to go with a sale rep. at this stage of my operations. A quick call for help on the web, I have already landed a few excellent persons to interview, so from the days to come I’ll not only taking photos in New York I’ll also talking to my sales reps - somehow still not used to say that yet, I’ll get use to it. Soon will be one of those people say stuff like ‘I’ll have my people call your people’ haha.

As for now I’m just glad that everything is working, I know I’m still a green horn in the field of running a business, however, I’m not all fish out of water, other than the business aspects of it, I have a total control over editing and creative direction, which, is equally as important, a bad magazine can’t be sold no matter how much marketing budget it has.
