Was planning to have a sushi brunch today … BUT SOMEBODY keeps eating sushis as i’m making them. To make things easier, faster so no one would be starved to death I’ve decided to make a very simple recipe: Baked Salmon Roll - check out my step by step recipe here

Let’s see what we had this morning … errr noon, Baked Salmon roll :), Banana + cranberry milk shake, raw salmon sushi with avocado, a brunch won’t be complete with some Terra Chips!

Not sure about the rest of the world but the New England weather is pretty grey these days. That in term makes it feels extra warm and fuzzy sitting in my cozy apartment, with windows overlooking the waterfront, just slowly enjoying these wonderful food.

With nothing in the fridge I’ve managed to find some stuff to pile up a nice + quick brunch. Roast beef slices [i'm not sure about the expiration date] so to be safe cook the beef slices, then cut tomato pile with squares of mozzarella cheese and the cooked Rosat Beef Slices. Side: a slice of baguette topped with shrimp cheesy sauce - mix 5 cooked small shrimp in a bowl with chopped spinach and mozzarella cheese [add other stuff if you like] microwave for a min. - that’s all it’s ready to spread!

Those who known me from my school years are pretty shocked of the amount of stuff I can cook/bake, I begin to cook complete meals during my last years in Florida (mainly due to the fact that my student loan was running low!) soon in time I started to love cooking, prepare dishes, that also leads to my ‘keep the kitchen clean’ OCD - ahahah

Anyways ever since we moved to the new office, I began to look for a better techniques to prepare lunch, something like a Bento box (: so this is my new found hobby, check out the Bento Box flickr pool to see what other people are doing.

Some of the details that goes into those Bento Box’s preparation are really amazing - It’s my goal to learn the art of Bento Box and develop my own styles of lunch menus, I mean REALLY the cat thing is like way too much!

I decided to cook up something quick and full for our trip to John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, I’ll post some more Pictures of today’s outing once I get back :) Trips like this does keep my mind off the files I’ve lost my recent Hard Drive Crush, Okay! Fine, Life’s a B****, Let’s move on!
