new year new office

230 3rd Ave Waltham, MA - The new address means a longer commute time in the morning, ever since I started to work in MA, up at 9am was long out of the question. Instead replaced by 6:30 wakeup call, 7:30 out the door to subway, 8:35 get on the shuttle bus. The shuttle ride to our office involves stop by 5 or 6 other companies first, along the lineups there were some pretty big names (the ones I can remember are): Cubist, VistaPrint + IBM

Window + sunshines are lovely, but two panels of floor to celling windows outlook the outdoor mini golf spot and rows of mountains is utterly amazing.

People needs change to become faster, smarter and better. I’m certainly glad about this change of work environment, the commute still didn’t catch up on me as much - in a perfect world everyone would be able to come to work at their desired hours - unfortunately that’s the one thing Walgreens doesn’t sell.

Happy holidays

Happy holidays :) this is the season I miss every little bits and pieces about my beautiful home town! Harbin,China.

Harbin is localed in the coldest parts of China, the extra layer of clothing and year long of arts and music would all be the reason this city is the happiest place to be. In Harbin the winter is never dull, The Ice and Snow Festival last from Dec. to Jan, check out the videos for some fun in the snow.

For some really awesome images of the Ice Fest check out R Todd King’s online blog, he even published a book on “The Winter Festivals of Harbin, China”

For some fun in the snow, check out the video below from Lonely Planet.
