I suspect one of my ear is more radiated than the other. Anyhow, a day shouldn’t end with out a FEW laughz. And here I’ve got two, must have laughed my sucks off on those, what’s so funny, donno must be a uber boring day I’ve had.

1. I am writing to let you know that my cat went missing this morning in the vicinity of Dover St. and Mass Ave. Her name is Penny and is about 5 pounds, black and orange colored.

2. Whole Foods requires each staff butcher to complete a 1,920-hour training process, which lasts about two years.

Oh wait wait, I know I know … Frasier, nothing can make me laughing out louder than watching 10mins of Frasier, which I’m still giggling myself silly as I’m writing this blog post. Ah, will call it a night and pack first thing tomorrow morning.

Boxed pizza has long developed into a professional grade, however, in my mind, I still have the images of yesteryear. I was invited to one of my client’s holiday party, where I had my best taste of this wicked pizza from Culinary Circle, since the party I’m pretty hooked on the idea of buying a box that contains a rounded pizza pie in it. Think I might even dreamt about, flying to New Zealand with a boxed pizza and eating lamb chops … dreams never make sense, but they are wonderful, teehee! Finally, today I’ve got my hands on this spinach and mushroom pizza from Culinary Circle, meats are added by me, naturally :o) never said I was a vegan, I try not to rob myself out of the simple pleasures of life — meat.

O’boy busy day tomorrow, more stuff than I’ve originally planned, sorry If I didn’t have the time to get back to you, and tomorrow will be a super busy day, as I’m leaving for Houston on the 6th … which will be sunny 71 degrees. The first thing I’ll do would be finding a beach and take off all of my winter clothing and run around like crazy … emmm, I think I’ll act that one out in my head. Alright, I hope I get there and back safely, keeping my fingers crossed, hope for the best!

Sadly I didn’t have enough money to make a trip back home this holiday season, the good news, mom took some photos back from Beijing, so at least, I still get to see grandma’s house and the birds nest.

she gets to see the birds nest before me :o( oh well what can you do. We were planning to spend the New Years in Harbin with the ice and snow fest going on, however the plan was short lived. — Next year!

Ah Grandma’s place, at age 80, she still keeps parts of her yard neat. This is only the small part of the yard, the side yard contains a water lily pond (in the summer my cousin and I turns it into a swim pool) and peach trees, now it’s the same old pond tho no one has since swim in it, and bunch of Pomelo trees. back yard splits into up and down levels, the upper level connects to other houses, and are now over growing with wild flowers.

Finally, MuDan (Peony) — the flower I was named after :o) my grandma’s yard used to have tons of Peony, now it’s just a few here and there.

I uploaded some of the photos onto flickr, to view the set go here

Every year, the hype about the year to come are so overwhelming, once it arrives, I hear people complain that “it’s the same as every other day”. Well, in my view everyday are not the same. We only see what we wants to see, if you want to see the mundanes in day to day life then 365 days will be a year of nothingness. Oh, life is wonderful and exciting everyday, try to see it, and live each day a little differently. Just like this blog post, and the singing in the rain on youtube, tomorrow it will be a different topic posted here.

Ours are homemade filled with red beans (+several other beans), brown sugar, walnut and sesame, all grounded and meshed together into pasty filling … I ate six, the numbers aren’t anything in particular, it’s just that I can not deal with uneven ones :o)

Who the heck am I saving myself for, chances are that ‘happily ever after person’ doesn’t even exist.

I may have just realized now, that money is more important than anything. All these ideas, dreams I have, I work so hard as a designer thinking just by working harder I’ll accomplish something. Someone recently told me, why making my life this hard, trying to accomplish everything on my own. Maybe I really can’t do it without money. I’m just a fool, a girl with a stupid believe in the fairytale ending.

My wish for 2009, money, make lots and lots of money. What can I say, When all you need is love falls short, maybe, money can buy happiness.

Then I realized that I’ve buried my head so deep into the piles of blog posts that I’ve completely forgotten to do a little announcement. So here it goes, TenFaster is an online magazine blog, which the contents runs from design to technology, the blog will continue as a bilingual site, updating trends around the world in both Mandarin and English. Why these two languages? because I can! If I’m able to write in more languages I would (that way the whole world would be able to read my blog) … as for now TenFaster are only for people that can read English and Mandarin — which I think covers a pretty good amount of cyber readers :o) You get my drift?

1. My holiday red slipper socks.

2. Bacon - my ratio of winter Meal:Bacon is somewhere around 50:50 (I would even prefer 40:60, when I feel extra daring).

3. Being superficial - it’s that perfect party dress, sparkling powders, a salon for the cutest updos, it is anything uber chic and girly. I splurge on the most impossible things when I am in the mood.

4. Secluding myself - I’m mostly very social. But it’s these days spent by myself, doing and eating all the pleasant things mentioned above (plus orange juggling and watching my 3rd dvd copy of ‘Blades of Glory’), being all lazy and content with oneself and the world.. those moments are the very best.
